Boarding at Northaven Stables is centered around a movement-based, track system designed to support the physical and mental well-being of each horse.
We offer both track and track-plus boarding options, allowing you to choose the level of structure and support that best fits your horse.

Track Board
A natural, track-based living environment with essential daily care.
• Outdoor “Paddock Paradise” track system around perimeter of existing pasture
• Areas for rolling, sleeping, and playing along track
• Twice daily track mucking
• 24/7 free choice hay (herbicide & pesticide free)
• 24/7 fresh water access
• 24/7 remote camera monitoring
• Run in shed accessible on track
• Rotational grazing 1-2 hours/day (seasonal)
• Nightly checkAdditional services:
• Blanketing/blanket* removal
• Grazing muzzle* application/removal
• Grain* & supplement* storage & feeding

Track Plus Board
All the benefits of track living, with the added flexibility of stall access and expanded care.
• Reserved access to a dedicated stall able to be used as desired
(inclement weather , illness, etc.)
• 10’ x 12’ matted stall with fresh pine shaving bedding daily
• Outdoor “Paddock Paradise” track system around perimeter of existing pasture
• Areas for rolling, sleeping, and playing along track
• Twice daily track mucking
• 24/7 free choice hay (herbicide & pesticide free)
• 24/7 fresh water access
• 24/7 remote camera monitoring
• Run in shed accessible on track
